Ultrasound abdomen is the basic and best test required.
If mass assessed then local extension on CECT abdomen.

TREATMENTS
Endourological resection
If disease is limited to inner layers and is early stage.
Intravesical Therapy
Radical Cystectomy
If disease has extended to muscle layer and beyond.
Ileal conduit
Making urinary path on to abdominal wall
Neobladder
Making bladder from intestine and joining in the normal path so that person can pass urine through normal way.
Chemotherapy
Treatment with drugs to treat advanced disease or to dicrease the risk of spread.
